This release includes improvements from Alan Pippin. Those improvements
include the following.

- Allow local config in /etc/lsbackups.conf.
- Change .img to .iso to avoid difficulty with burning software in Windows.
- Use environment variables set in config.sh instead of hard-coded values in C+<
- Much better error checking and recovery.
- Ability to specify directories to exclude from backup.
- Add a label to the image.
